     8 OZ Carafa Special II Malt
     8 OZ Pale Chocolate Malt
     8 OZ Victory Malt
    Hops: 1.5 OZ Magnum (60 Minutes)
    1 OZ Cascade (10 minutes)
    1 OZ Centennial (10 minutes)
    1 OZ Cascade (1 minute)
    .5 OZ Cascade (Dry Hop 7 Days in Secondary)
    1 OZ Centennial (Dry Hop 7 Days in Secondary)
    1 OZ Simcoe (Dry Hop 7 Days in Secondary)
    Other: Whirlfloc Tablet (5 minutes before end of boil)
    Yeast: Wyeast Pacman 1764
    Fermentation: 2 Week Primary @ 68F
    2 Week Secondary @ 68F
    2 Week Cold Crash @ 34F
    Notes: This is MoreBeer's highest rated Black IPA and is a fantastic beer designed by the DOZE Home Brewing Club. It has a complex hop flavor and aroma, paired with a dark malty grain bill that makes for a truly fantastic Black IPA.
